CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

MAAS EdTech is seeking a professional and passionate Customer Service Executive to join our MAAS Team.

WORKING TIME: 8-hour rotating working shifts

• 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Day Shift – Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city)
• 4.30 PM – 12.00 AM (Night Shift or Weekend – Working Online from Home)

You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues and have 1 day off per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any questions or issues customers may have via hotline, email, and social accounts.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requests and confirm orders;
• Handle customers’ complaints about services;
• Understand the company’s service packages in order to advise customers effectively;
• Follow-up and control the order status;
• Dealing with orders as per company policies, and procedures with customers;
• Receive and input orders into the system;
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
• Work closely with the Order control department to operate orders successfully according to the deadline;
• Collect customer data, feedback, and input into records;

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
• 01-year experience in Sales, CS is preferred;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Be able to read and write emails in English;
• Teamwork.
