MAAS EdTech is seeking a professional and passionate Sales Online Executive to join our MAAS Team.

WORKING TIME: 8-hour rotating working shifts

• 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Day Shift – Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city)
• 4.30 PM – 12.00 AM (Night Shift or Weekend – Working Online from Home)

You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues and have 1 day off per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service
• Answer questions about services on social media channels of the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
• Develop, build, and manage a client database
• Ensure performance of channel partners to operate effectively

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
• 1-year experience in direct/ online Sales, CS is preferred;
• Good at communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Be able to read in English well;
• Self-driven and ability to work independently;
• Teamwork.
