• The referrer must be a customer who has previously used the company's services.
• The customer must complete the Referral Application form to create an account and register for the program (all personal information will be kept confidential).
• The referrer will receive lifelong commissions based on the value of each new order placed by the referred individuals.
• The referrer must provide complete information about the referred individuals to be considered valid. Valid information includes full name, date of birth, phone number, and the name of the university the referred individual is currently attending.
• Commissions will only be calculated when the referred individuals place new orders. In the case where a referred individual becomes a new referrer of the company, the referring partner will not receive commissions from the newlyreferred individual.
• Personal promotional codes are only valid once per referred individual.
• If two or more referrers refer to the same individual, the company will only accept the information provided by the first registering referrer. There is no limit to the number of individuals that a referrer can refer to the company

1/ Commission Structure:

The commission is calculated at a rate of 5% (five per cent) of the value of the referred order: Commission = 5% * Order value

2/ Payment Structure:

On the last day of each month, MAAS Education Technology has the responsibility to calculate:

• The total number of referral customers the “Referrer” successfully introduced to the company.
• The total revenue generated from the “Referrer” referral customer or customers used in the same month

The commission payment will be transferred to the “Referrer” on the 15th of the following month. The payment will be made in the following forms:

• Bank Transfer in Vietnamese Dong
• PayPal Transfer in US Dollars (if you opt for the PayPal Transfer, the payment type selected will be “For Friends and Family”)
• Change to “Referrer’s” credit for future purchases (the company can only store the commission for a maximum of 6 months, after this date the company will not have any obligations to fulfill any refunds to the referrer.)

Note: It is important that all the payment information given by you are accurate. The company will keep this information confidential and private between the two parties.

1/ MODIFY AND TERMINATE THE PROGRAM

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program without going through the Referrer. Any information about the modification or termination of the Program will be announced on the official website of the Company and emailed to the Referrer.

2/ REFUND POLICY

In case the order placed by the referral is refunded due to any reason, the referrer will not receive the commission for that order.

In case the commission was already paid to the referrer, but the referral's order needs to be refunded, the company has the right to subtract the referrer’s commission ( convert to monetary value) from the following month.

In case the order is cancelled by the referral, the referrer will not receive any commission.

3/ INFORMATION SECURITY

The company commits to safeguarding the personal information of partners and referred individuals by partners. The company will not share this information with any third party without the referrer's consent.

The referrer agrees not to share information regarding the terms and conditions of the program with any third party without the company's consent.

4/ AGREEMENT UPON PARTICIPATION

By completing and submitting the Referral Application to join the program, the partner acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to comply with the program's terms and conditions. The referrer commits to providing accurate information and not violating any laws or rights of any party

5/ GENERAL COMMITMENT

Any disputes arising from or related to the agreement to participate in the program will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law

Step 2: Get your personal promotional code to send to your classmates, friends, and family. 10% OFF promotion for the Referral.

Note: The referrer's promotional code will not be applied simultaneously with other existing company promotional programs.

Step 3: Receive your bonus commission of 5% after one of your referrals successfully places an order for any of our academic writing products or services.

Step 4: Receive Lifetime Commission from the revenue generated from your referrals.
